Over the years I collected from microfilm and eventually from Colorado Historic Newspapers online, all (or nearly all?) of the articles that were written by anonymous Elkheaders and submitted for publication to the Hayden newspaper, The Routt County Republican.  After 1920, some of those news items went to the Steamboat Pilot.
